You’ve booked an exhibition stand… now what?
Exhibitions and tradeshows are an excellent way to promote your business and connect with often hundreds if not thousands of potential new customers, suppliers, and other business connections in the same place. However, exhibiting can also be a costly endeavour so its key to make the best use of your stand and maximise the return on that investment with stunning exhibition graphics!
An eye-catching design and clear messaging that conveys your branding and offerings is crucial to attracting footfall into your stand. Great design will not only attract people but also make your stand memorable. Your target audience will be visiting and seeing dozens of stands so standing out from the crowd with high quality exhibition graphics can make all the difference in the success of your exhibition and tradeshow experience.
There a few different types of exhibition stand spaces and each has its own list of graphic options.
Space Only:
The smallest and generally most accessible are space only stands at smaller local shows that often come with a small table and a single power socket. These exhibition spaces are perfect for portable display solutions like roller banners, pop-up units and freestanding lightboxes. They are quick to assemble, easy to move around and can be used over and over at different events. Most of these display solutions also have the ability to detach and replace graphics without having to invest in new hardware, meaning your messaging and branding can be updated as and when required at a much lower price point.
Shell Scheme:
Another common type of exhibition space is shell scheme, this is common for larger regional and national exhibitions. This will consist of a designated space with blank walls that you can dress with your branding. Shell scheme graphics are available in a wide range of solutions from rigid boards to roll up graphics and seamless fabric walls. These will vary in cost and aesthetic. Rigid boards and roll up graphics will be supplied in sections and therefore have visible joins or seams but are often quicker and easier to install. Seamless fabric walls allow for large, uninterrupted graphics that will provide a more premium finish but will carry a slight premium in cost as well. Fabric and roll up graphics do have the added benefit of being more easily transported and stored than rigid boards as they can be rolled down into smaller packages. These solutions are also able to be reused providing the shell scheme stands are the same size!
Custom Builds:
Custom exhibition stands are generally much larger and are common at international and prominent national events. The increased footprint of these spaces allows for unique and interesting designs to be showcased and the graphic requirements can vary vastly from one stand to another. The graphic solutions that are available here are almost endless and can include everything mentioned above and more including illuminated hanging structures, floor graphics, vinyl graphics and much more.
We produce all of our exhibition graphics in-house with printing capabilities up to 3.2m wide, sewing studio for silicone edging and fabric finishing, CNC cutting, laser cutting and a growing range of eco friendly and recyclable medias which are perfect for reducing the environmental impact of your exhibition!
