Our dye sublimation print equipment allows us to offer significant capacity to produce large format fabric graphics as well as offer products like flags, tablecloths and stretch fabric displays.
Our 3.2m wide dye sublimation printer is capable of printing at 250m2/hr and with incredible quality. This printer can print to transfer paper as well as direct to fabric which allows us to offer a huge range of solutions from one machine. The main benefits of using dye sublimation printing for fabrics include;

Dye Sublimation uses polyester based materials which are PVC free and in most cases recyclable as well. We are proud to offer eco friendly material choices such as black back fabric and flag material manufactured using recycled plastic bottles. The inks used in our dye sub printer are also water based and have obtained the OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT meaning they have no harmful effect on humans or the environment.
Paired with our dye sub printer is our 3.2m wide calendar heat press. This machine subjects the printed graphics to the perfect mixture of heat, pressure and exposure time to facilitate the magic (chemical reaction) of dye sublimation print. This process allows the print to bond deep into the fibres of the fabric which gives the durability and flexibility that you benefit from with dye sublimation print.

Our 3.2m wide hybrid UV printer offers the very latest print technology and can produce up to 192m2/hr, allowing for exceptional quality and productions speeds. This machine is capable of printing both rolled and rigid medias making it incredibly versatile. The LED UV ink curing allows for very low energy consumption whilst also minimising the amount of heat generated which allows heat sensitive materials to be printed with ease.
This printer operates CMYK inks as well as light cyan, light magenta and white. Expanding the range of inks the machine uses enables us to more accurately reproduce colours as well as print up to five layers in a single pass.

Our 3.05m x 2.5m flatbed printer offers near photographic print quality and allows us to offer single sheets of direct printed rigid media at sizes up to 3m x 2.5m and to thicknesses of 48mm.
This printer also offers CMYK + White ink which opens up a whole new world of opportunity!
The ability to print white ink sets us apart from a lot of large format printers and allows us to produce the most eye catching media in-house. Our machine is also optioned with a roll function which allows us to print CMYK + White to rolled media up to 2.2m wide which is perfect for things like wallpapers, vinyls and fabrics!
The list of materials that this printer allows us to print to is endless and includes a comprehensive range of eco-friendly options like recycled board and PVC free alternatives to foamex and correx.
Our 1600mm wide latex printer prints at 1200 DPI and uses solvent free, water-based inks which creates premium quality prints whilst being environmentally friendly.
This printer uses 6 inks made up of CMYK, light magenta and light cyan which generates supreme depth of colours.
This machine is capable of printing to a range of vinyls, textiles, PVC banner, Paper based media and much more.
